1. Who we are
StreakoBot is operated by StreakoAI, a sole proprietorship registered in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. StreakoAI is the AI product arm of Streak Monkey, the parent digital marketing agency. "We" and "us" mean StreakoAI. "You" means the business that holds the account.
StreakoBot itself is an AI support chatbot businesses embed via a script tag. Answers visitor questions from a knowledge base.
2. Your account
You sign in with Google and are responsible for everything done under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
3. What StreakoBot does
StreakoBot generates replies to your website visitors using the documents you upload and the public pages of the website you nominate. Replies are produced by an automated system and may be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for what your visitors are told through your account, including any pricing, availability or advice.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the documents and website content you provide. You grant us permission to store, process and index that material for the sole purpose of running the service for you. You confirm you have the right to share it.
5. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, misleading or harmful use of the service.
- No uploading of content you don't have the rights to.
- No attempts to reverse-engineer, resell or overload the service.
- No use for regulated advice (medical, legal, financial) without your own qualified review.
6. Plans and payment
Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Each plan includes one connection and a monthly conversation limit stated on the pricing page. Cancelling stops future charges; fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or withdraw features with reasonable notice.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect losses.
9. Ending the agreement
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. On closure, your data is deleted per the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Hyderabad, Telangana having jurisdiction.
