0. Who operates StreakoBot
StreakoBot is an AI support chatbot businesses embed via a script tag. Answers visitor questions from a knowledge base. It is operated by StreakoAI. StreakoAI is the AI product arm of Streak Monkey, the parent digital marketing agency.
1. What we collect
- Account details — name, email and profile picture from Google sign-in, plus the business details you enter.
- Your knowledge base — documents you upload and text crawled from the website you nominate.
- Conversations — messages exchanged between your visitors and the bot, and any contact details visitors choose to share.
- Usage data — conversation counts, timestamps and error logs.
2. Why we use it
To run your bot, generate answers, show you leads and conversation history, bill your plan, and keep the service secure and working.
3. Who it's shared with
We use third-party providers to host the service, process payments and generate replies. Message content is sent to our AI provider only to produce an answer. We do not sell your data or your visitors' data, and we do not use your documents to train third-party models.
4. Visitor data
When someone chats on your site, you are the controller of that conversation and we process it on your behalf. Tell your visitors that an automated assistant is in use and that their messages are stored.
5. How long we keep it
Conversation transcripts are retained for 30 days and then deleted automatically. Leads and documents are kept until you delete them or close your account. Account and billing records are kept as long as the law requires.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and access is limited to what's needed to operate the service. No system is perfectly secure, so keep sensitive material out of your knowledge base.
7. Your choices
You can access, correct, export or delete your data from the dashboard, or ask us to do it. Closing your account removes your documents, leads and conversations.
8. Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember an ongoing chat session on your visitors' devices. No advertising cookies.
9. Children
The service is for businesses and is not directed at children under 18.
10. Contact
