WordPress
Appearance → Theme File Editor → footer.php, paste just before </body>. Or use a "header/footer scripts" plugin to avoid editing theme files directly.
Wix
Settings → Advanced → Custom Code → Add Custom Code, paste the snippet, set it to load on all pages, place in Body - end.
Shopify
Online Store → Themes → Edit code → theme.liquid, paste just before </body>.
Plain HTML site
Paste it directly into your HTML file, just before the closing </body> tag.
Appearance and voice
Changes show in the preview as you type.
Sets the launcher, header and your visitor’s message colour.
PNG or JPEG, up to 2 MB. Shown on the launcher, the chat header and the welcome screen. A PNG with a transparent background usually looks best.
Only applies to your own logo. Pick a tile if your mark was drawn to sit on a solid colour; leave it transparent otherwise.
Passive feels more like a helpful assistant. Active captures more leads but is more forward.

Connect your website or store
On Overview, pick your own site, Shopify or WooCommerce. For a website you paste one script tag before the closing body tag. The rest of the dashboard unlocks the moment it connects.
Upload your documents
Start with pricing, policies and T&Cs — the things customers ask about most. Replace a file any time and the bot updates its answers.
Scan your website
Point the crawler at your public pages so the bot knows your services without you retyping them. Re-scan after you change your site.
Name your bot
Set the name and greeting your visitors see first. The preview updates as you type, so you can check it before saving.
Check leads and close the gaps
Leads land in their own tab and export to CSV. Overview lists questions the bot couldn't answer — fix the top few and your answer rate climbs.
Your plan
Usage resets on the first of each month.
Payment method
Billing runs through Razorpay, on the card or UPI mandate you authorised at signup. It renews monthly and charges automatically, and Razorpay emails you a receipt for every charge.
